Player Objective
Your goal is to process patients correctly while identifying anomalies before they cause a failure. Each correct decision keeps the run moving; each careless decision increases the chance of losing control.
How to play
The simple version: inspect every case, decide whether it is normal or anomalous, and survive the run by keeping your checks consistent.
Your goal is to process patients correctly while identifying anomalies before they cause a failure. Each correct decision keeps the run moving; each careless decision increases the chance of losing control.
Normal patients should match expected bodies, behavior, photos, and room evidence. Anomalous patients may have distorted visuals, strange movement, mismatched photos, camera oddities, or suspicious timing.
Check the patient, inspect the photo or paperwork, compare camera views, watch behavior, then choose the correct action. Repeating this order makes the game less chaotic.
Do not rely on memory alone when clues are available. If the game gives you photos or cameras, it expects you to use them. The hardest anomalies are often quiet, not loud.
